Q: What are Concord Concepts corporate clients?

A: We represent large, reputable companies in various industries such as in telecommunications, merchant processing, and energy.

 

 

Q: What are the responsibilities as an Entry Level or Junior Sales Consultant?

A: Responsibilities vary depending on the client campaign; however, all campaigns would require a consultant to represent the campaign brand, meet with existing and new customers, and educate and present customers with products or services according to their needs. These are just a few responsibilities among other light administrative and team building tasks.

 

 

Q: How does Concord Concepts acquire customers for their clients?

A: We retain and acquire new customers for our clients through business to business or residential sales & consulting. Our sales approach has always been on a more personable level with our clients’ customers. We take the time to sit down and meet with customers face to face, to ensure they are receiving ideal products and services according to their business or household needs.

 

 

Q: How long does it take to get promoted to a management position?

A: We found that it takes anywhere from 3 to 5 months for an entry level position to learn and apply the necessary sales and leadership skills to advance to some management role. Advancement criteria must also be met before an official promotion. As we are in a growth phase and in the progress of expanding, we provide exciting opportunities for all team members to take advantage of in New Brunswick and in other major provinces.
